Ingleside Communities

At Ingleside Communities located in quaint Mt. Horeb Wisconsin, we provide all-in-one senior services that include a 24-unit Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC), a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) that serves up to 16 residents, a Medicare-certified skilled nursing home (SNF)with private and semi-private rooms licensed for up to 80 beds, and a well-equipped therapy center that services both inpatients and outpatients. We provide: - A safe and caring environment - Positive, proven results for inpatient and outpatient therapy - Compassionate long-term senior care - 24-hour skilled nursing services - Professional, licensed staff - Person-centered care with individualized care plans - Medicare services after hospitalization - Individual attention and care for clients & families Our staff includes licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, physicians, licensed therapists, and extensive support staff led by our experienced and involved Administrator. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit community and rely partially on tax-deductible donations to continue serving our seniors. All donated funds are used to improve the lives of our residents.
