Impact NRS, formerly named NRS Health & Wellness is a polycentric Convergent Innovation platform encompassing bioscience, agriculture and data science to pioneer commercial solutions that enhance global health. Impact NRS has three pillars: 1. Impact NRS bioscience pillar is based on molecular biology with an emphasis on isolating novel mechanisms involved in disease diagnostics and intervention, preventative health, and scientifically supportable functional food innovations. 2. Impact NRS’ agriculture pillar is focused next-generation solutions including nutrition security, environmental resource management, animal welfare and networked precision agriculture. 3. the Data Science pillar creates Convergence metrics, models and utilizes novel proprietary capabilities to identify likely targets for convergence solutions. The Informatics platform will support convergence innovations in areas already identified as highly impactful addressable markets, including microbiome and phytobiome based products.
