ICEA, Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification, is a nonprofit consortium with the participation of institutions, associations, companies and civil society organizations. ICEA inspects and certifies several thousand companies that conduct its businesses with respect for people and the environment, protecting the dignity of workers and the rights of consumers. ICEA has the acknowledgments required to certify, under Regulation 834/07 in equivalence, in many countries.
