Description
Information
For the last 18 years, Hub Box has been providing the best Cornish bar & grill experience across the West Country. Since Richard Boon first opened our flagship Hub restaurant in 2003 on the harbour front in St Ives, the Hub Box name has steadily grown, and our simple passion for life-enhancing good food and drink has not changed one bit. Each visit to Hub Box is a celebration of the life we enjoy in Cornwall. To eat, drink and hang out with friends and family in a laid-back social environment is the essence of life. And we never stand still. We are always developing our menu and looking for new ways to make use of the rich local produce we have available in the Southwest. Every ingredient is sustainably and ethically sourced, and the partnerships we build with our local producers are the heartbeat of our business. Naturally, we are as devoted to our people, and as we grow we maintain our independent spirit and celebrate the areas we grow into. The head chef and managers become brand ambassadors and are encouraged to take ownership of each restaurant, shaping it to the local area. To us, everything counts. Because it all helps to build a better burger.
