At Elliot Marsh Headhunting Partners, our primary purpose is to invest in people who wish to start up their own recruitment or headhunting business - both existing recruiters (which we can also provide short term funding for), as well as individuals who have no recruitment experience but do have substantial expertise in a specific market and are looking for a new career. For existing recruiters, we can provide short term funding to make sure you don't suffer any drop in income as well as undertaking all the set-up and back office support to get business started and running successfully. But don’t worry if you've never done headhunting – we also provide in depth face to face training and support, as well as all the set-up, infrastructure and back office support for your new business including your website, IT and accountancy to ensure you are a success.
