We are an independent, family-run business operating Jaguar and Land Rover retailers across the North of England and Midlands. A loyal customer following combined with our knowledgeable and experienced team have led us to success, winning awards and accolades throughout the automotive industry. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our philosophy and we pride ourselves on being a name you can trust. Hatfields were named Group of the Year by Jaguar Land Rover in 2018 for both Jaguar and Land Rover. The awards rate retailers from across the UK for all round performance, but most importantly customer satisfaction. It’s the highest accolade that Jaguar Land Rover bestow. In 2019 for the second consecutive year, Hatfields were awarded Jaguar Group of the Year and our Jaguar site in Shrewsbury won Regional Retailer of the Year in the midlands. And in 2020 Hatfields were awarded Approved Used Car Retailer Of The Year for both Hatfields Jaguar and Land Rover in the UK. All in all, outstanding achievements for the group.
