Hall-Irwin was formed in 1963 by George W. Hall and Hale Irwin Sr. For many years, we ran a full-scale site development company, with services ranging from underground utilities to asphalt and landscaping. As time passed and the needs of our clients changed, we consolidated to form one of the foremost and diverse Construction Manager/General Contractors in Northern Colorado. Hall-Irwin specializes in providing general contracting services for a variety of construction types including commercial buildings, maintenance shops, schools, hotels, multi-family buildings, recreational facilities and parks, residential and commercial land development infrastructure, and water storage projects.
