HELLA Australia was established in 1961 as the first overseas operation of what is now the worldwide group HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, Lippstadt. Today, HELLA Australia’s Aftermarket and Special Applications business divisions provide parts and solutions to both the independent aftermarket and specialist manufacturers in multiple sectors including automotive, mining, marine, agriculture and construction. HELLA Australia’s state-of-the-art headquarters and distribution centre in Mentone, Victoria, is a purpose-built 7,000 sqm facility that enables HELLA Australia to be highly responsive to customer requirements. HELLA Australia’s aftermarket product portfolio comprises of more than 40,000 parts including the entire HELLA and Hella marine lighting, electrics and electronics product ranges, as well as premium quality parts and service tools from HELLA’s joint venture brands and its partnerships with specialist Original Equipment manufacturers. HELLA Australia offers a comprehensive OE quality braking programme for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles through the HELLA PAGID BRAKE SYSTEMS brand; thermal management products from OE manufacturer MAHLE and work lights for automotive professionals from leading European brand, SCANGRIP. To enable Australian workshops to keep pace with the rapid growth of vehicle technology, HELLA Australia launched HELLA GUTMANN SOLUTIONS, offering a range of world-class diagnostic tools, vehicle technical data, and the market-leading camera and radar calibration solution for vehicles equipped with Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS).
