OUR PURPOSE: We stand for ensuring vulnerable people experience “better lives” because services are “safer” and better as a result of our assessments and support.
We provide assessment services across Australia for Human Services and Health Service providers and pride ourselves in designing assessments that meet providers expectations while also meeting the requirements of regulators and Standards.
During assessment, analysis and review of processes can obscure the critical role people play in realising better outcomes. People are the determinant of the quality of service and ultimately organisational success. Our approach emphasises people, how people interact with processes and influence outcomes.
Assessment involves three interrelated spheres of people who must work constructively together for the results we all want to see. Our assessors and support team build strong working relationships with key people in your organisation by being collaborative and cooperative and having a developmental perspective. We are respectful of services participants, sensitive to their backgrounds, needs and their relationship with you, their service provider.
Our objective is that our assessment services contribute to making the lives of people who use services better.
With many years of experience, we know delivering safe services that enhance people’s well-being is not easy; it requires resilience and consistent effort. So, we always work alongside you and provide the support you need to identify improvements that strengthen your organisation and make the services you deliver better, building on the good work that’s already being done.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country across Australia and respect the vibrant living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
“Proclaim it to the land, proclaim it to the sea; Ask us, ‘what is the most important thing in the world’? (and) we shall reply: ‘It is people, its is people, it is people'.
