Set arrival dates create an exclusive environment for guests with an innovative range of fully inclusive wellness packages from a two night Wellness Weekend through to the popular seven night Gwinganna Detox.

Relax and explore over 200 hectares of pristine bushland abundant with native animals and birds including wallabies and koalas.

The extensive facilities include two infinity edge swimming pools, indoor studios and pavilions, wellness education complex, an Iyengar yoga studio and the stunning Spa Sanctuary, the largest spa in the Southern Hemisphere. The spa has 33 treatment rooms and the menu offers unique treatments exclusive to Gwinganna, treatments using the award winning Subtle Energies Ayurveda Aromatherapy range and Australian made Vanessa Megan Naturaceuticals, equine therapies working with our horses and a diverse rage of wellness and stress management options.

Gwinganna’s wellness cuisine centres around seasonal, local, organic wholefoods with much of the produce harvested daily from the extensive onsite gardens. Menus vary with each program and are designed in conjunction with the nutritionist using organic produce.

With a focus on evidence based wellness education, the aim is to inspire guests toward optimum health and wellbeing using principles that will stand the test of time.
