The spa has 33 treatment rooms and the menu offers unique treatments exclusive to Gwinganna, treatments using the award winning Subtle Energies Ayurveda Aromatherapy range and Australian made Vanessa Megan naturaceuticals, equine therapies working with our horses and a diverse rage of wellness and stress management options. Gwinganna’s wellness cuisine centres around seasonal, local, organic wholefoods with much of the produce harvested daily from the extensive onsite gardens. Menus vary with each program and are designed in conjunction with the nutritionist using organic produce.
