Guangzhou Medical University

Established in 1958, Guangzhou Medical University is a high-level university in Guangdong Province that specializes in all the fields in clinical medicine along with advanced medical research, and develops doctoral, master and undergraduate multi-level talent training. The school has two campuses, Panyu and Yuexiu, covering an area of 372,300 square meters and a building area of 481,900 square meters. There are 22 colleges, 7 directly affiliated hospitals, 11 non-directly affiliated hospitals, and 28 research institutions. It has 1 national medical center, 1 national clinical medicine research center, 1 national key laboratory, 11 provincial and ministerial key laboratories, 3 provincial and ministerial engineering technology research centers/engineering laboratories, and 2 provincial collaborations Innovation center, 1 national university science park cultivation base, 24 city level key laboratories.
