Greater Houston Healthconnect

Healthconnect is building a robust health information exchange (HIE) with broad geographic coverage of 20 counties in the Greater Houston Area. Through this protected network, authorized participants can access important patient health information for enhanced safety, quality and efficiency of care. Existing hospital system networks will connect with each other and independent providers to create a network of networks. Everyone in the connected community should benefit from improved continuity of care and lower costs.
