Since 2007, the powerhouse Grants Plus team has helped organizations raise nearly $100 million from private, corporate, and government funders. We partner with organizations as their trusted advisors to identify funders, recommend strategies, and write proposals that help them elevate their grants programs and make long-term gains. The Grants Plus staff includes former nonprofit executives, foundation officers, and grant writers who understand that grant seeking is challenging. Our mission is to make it easier for our clients to be successful. In the last few years alone, we have written hundreds of grant proposals to federal, state, and private funders, achieving an average funding success rate of 70%. Our clients are leaders in their fields, including museums like the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, major school districts like the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, health and human service organizations like Beech Acres Parenting Center, and colleges and universities like Purchase College (SUNY). Grants Plus is a woman-owned, women-led business that was one of only six companies to earn the 2016 Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award from the American Psychological Association. The company also received the Weatherhead 100 Upstart Award for four consecutive years, a 2016 Smart Women "Progressive Organization"​ Award from Smart Business, and an Inside Business Northeast Ohio Success Award in 2014.
