A desire for a new kind of eveningwear - modern, clean, cool - lies at the heart of Galvan. The London-based label was established by four young women from the worlds of fashion and contemporary art; Anna-Christin Haas, Sola Harrison, Carolyn Hodler and Katherine Holmgren. Frustrated by the formality and over-embellishment of most evening wear, they decided to launch Galvan in 2014. The brand reflects their shared longing for a more cosmopolitan approach, for something luxurious but also effortless, fashion-forward yet timeless, versatile enough that it can be styled differently and worm repeatedly. This is evening wear as the modern woman would want it. Headquartered in London, Galvan's design atelier is in Düsseldorf and it manufactures in the UK. Galvan is stocked by over 40 leading boutiques and department stores worldwide including Bergdorf Goodman, MATCHESFASHION.COM, Harvey Nichols, Opening Ceremony, Neiman Marcus and Boutique 1. The brand's e-commerce site will launch in Summer 2016.
