As you may have heard, business is 1% idea and 99% implementation. No wonder why I couldn’t sit still all along my University years, I had to get my ideas tested so going to Market whilst studying was the best reality check. In France, involved in the telecommunication industries, I immediately realised how much culture molded and shaped sales and marketing teams within the Small and Medium Enterprise. Then at Macquarie University, it was time to sharpen some of the business tools just learned, and getting them applied via Sublime Vision which helped small to Medium size businesses to digitalize on and offline their marketing communication. It was all about bringing innovation to the service of Small and Medium companies enabling them to use communicational channels exclusively used by larger corporations. During those 6 years I’ve had a deep connection with the SME sector to help them to fund their innovations as well as with their online market penetrations. It was astonishing to see the lack of relevant resources offered to Small and Medium businesses. This sector who is the largest employer in Australia wasn’t supported enough. It was then a natural choice to start GVC CORP, an entity whose Vision is to “reinforce the foundation & Infrastructure of SMEs, via sourcing funds, boosting innovation, and implementing proven business strategies”. Bringing the business mechanisms, knowledge and technology to ambitious small and medium business owners to change the status quo within their Industry by : - government grants, - Business Planning and Strategy, - coaching & development of Small Businesses - Business Mentor in the Construction Industry - Mindfulness and Leadership, - Performance Management, - Accompanying companies in Operational Change, - 12 culture keys inclusive of the Customer’s interface, - Acts as Board of Directors, - Change Management, - Business growth via Aggregation & acquisitions, - effective organizational communication.
