I am a specialist in solving problems in all Retail formulas. From food to fashion or restaurants. With 32 years working experience, both in top companies like METRO, Walmart or Costco and Entrepreneur, I provide advisory services, by working as independent Board Members or Senior Advisor.

Since I have led teams of up to 20,000 members, while mentoring/assisting team members, in achieving CEO positions in leading companies, my current work results on sustained supervisory support to key management with “on the field” approach.

I achieve my best performance when I am capable of stabilizing long-lasting cooperation, committed to results, beyond standard consultancy services.

My services are aimed to owners, shareholders, investors, financial creditors, and CEOs of medium to large size companies in agribusiness: from the retail, consumer goods, and hospitality sectors, as well as financial institutions.

Seven years ago, having achieved top positions on some of the most relevant companies, in the retail sector, I founded Future Retail. Since then, I have established top collaborations, among others, with Davidson Kempner, Cross-Ocean, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Permira, advent, king street, HIG, Houlihan Lokey, PJT partners.

At the same time, I am able to run my small private investments in the Leisure and real state sectors, that allow me to continuously remember the essence of keeping a close not only to the strategy but to details.

Having worked in 11 different countries and supervised investments in Europe, Latin America and Asia allows me to understand the joy of providing support across different cultures.
