Facility Management Victoria Pty Ltd (FMV) is a proven market leader of building and facility management services in Victoria. We have 110 direct employees including 40 managers and assistant managers. FMV has been bringing life to buildings since 2001 by providing the right people, premium service, and a commitment to use technology to add value and promote sustainability. Our core business is building and facility management and we do this independently of other service providers. We are not an Owners Corporation Management or Cleaning Company. In 2017, we achieved a portfolio of managing 40 of Victoria’s most prestigious high-rise buildings working with 13 different Owners Corporation (OC) management companies.
