Our story begins in 1979, part of the same vision between Father Jacques Dostie and Robert Busilacchi, that "Work is a vector of social integration in Quebec society." This is why the FRJ Nonprofit Organization (NPO) has been for almost 40 years a bridge between companies and people looking for a job. Our team welcomes you to its premises located in the heart of Montreal (McGill Metro). The majority of services offered to job seekers are free because they are self-financed thanks to the generosity of our donors. The FRJ also develops public / private partnerships and offers specific programs. Innovation is the engine of the FRJ, its team is driven by the constant desire to imagine concrete solutions for each of the players in the labor market. #Mission: _ The FRJ accompanies any person authorized to work legally in Canada in their job search. It offers thematic workshops, personalized meetings and follow-ups with an employment counselor as well as conferences and networking opportunities (5 @ 7). _ We listen and advise companies on their management of diversity, the management of their performance and individual and collective well-being. _ We are also developing solutions to connect recruiters and people looking for work and offer digital solutions (Artificial Intelligence) to facilitate, accelerate the process of recruitment in an inclusive approach. #Vision: To be the leading resource in Montreal for the support of people looking for work and the preferred partner of companies by offering services tailored to the needs of all players in the labor market. #Values: The Board of Directors and the FRJ team are proud to share and share the following values every day: Humanism - Commitment - Innovation - Opening
