First National Bank Tanzania Limited (FNBT) trades as an African Subsidiary within the FirstRand Group. FNBT was opened for business on 27 July 2011 and officially launched on the 02 February 2012 by His Excellency former President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete. FNBT currently has a wide ATM network with a total of ten branches whereby eight branches are located in Dar es Salaam, one in Mwanza and one in Arusha. In addition to branches, the bank's divisions include Retail, Commercial, and Corporate & Investment Banking.
