Explorers Early Learning

Explorers is privately owned and operated by a Melbourne family. Whilst Explorers only commenced in January 2014, the owners founded and owned the highly regarded Tree House Early Learning group of centres from 2007 to January 2014. Explorers offers high quality Long Day Care (child care) and an accredited kindergarten program to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Explorers' centres are purpose built and full of natural resources which strongly tie in with their environmental philosophy. Explorers currently has 2 centres operating in Melbourne with approximately 100 staff. The centres are in Richmond and Maidstone. 5 new centres are planned to open from 2015 - early 2017: - Point Cook (2015) - Donvale (2016/2017) - Brighton East (2016/2017) - Armadale (January 2017) - Hawthorn East (2016/2017) With the planned expansion comes some great opportunities for good quality educators and early childhood managers. Explorers will be recruiting up to 250 staff over the next 2 years. The aim at Explorers is to create a quality learning environment where children can "explore" allowing them to learn, develop and most importantly, have a sense of being and belonging. The success of the Tree House Centres and now the Explorers centres is mainly due to a team of Educators who are passionate about quality early education.
