Estinea ondersteunt mensen met een beperking in de Achterhoek en Twente. Ruim 800 medewerkers en zo’n 400 vrijwilligers ondersteunen bijna 900 cliënten in de gemeenten Aalten, Berkelland, Bronckhorst, Doetinchem, Enschede, Haaksbergen, Hengelo (Ov.), Montferland, Oost Gelre, Oude IJsselstreek en Winterswijk.
Locaties van Estinea liggen meestal midden in een woonwijk. Ze zijn kleinschalig van opzet en cliënten wonen in individuele appartementen. Medewerkers werken in zelfsturende teams en maken zelf afspraken over de ondersteuning en begeleiding die nodig is.
Estinea ondersteunt hen op alle levensterreinen en helpt hen om hun eigen netwerk van ouders, familie, vrienden en vrijwilligers in te zetten en te ontwikkelen. Zodat zij volop mee kunnen doen in de samenleving.
