We lead the development and transformation of complex projects across multiple industry sectors. Our leadership team have held senior executive positions within the project management industry contributing to multiple award winning projects. Essence are wise, nimble and passionate. In 2020 we secured Carbon Neutral certification - one of the first organisations of our kind to do so. We have a strong commitment to social and community projects and provide pro-bono services to a number of industry charities. Our Board is independently chaired by Greg Incoll with Julie Bindon and David Riches as non-Executive Directors. We are 100% owned by our people and have an employee share option share.
