Equis Funds Group

Equis raised over US$2.7 billion in private equity capital in a series of funds including Equis Asia Fund I, Equis Asia Fund II, and Japan Solar. After successfully completing investments in ten Asia-Pacific countries, Equis divested a majority of these assets to Global Infrastructure Partners in 2018 in a landmark transaction for the industry. Equis has divested all portfolio assets is no longer raising private equity funds. All new developments, investments and capital management initiatives will be undertaken through Equis Development Pte Ltd, a corporate entity headquartered in Singapore (www.equis.com).
