Epiris is an independent private equity fund manager with over 25 years'​ experience. During this time we have invested in excess of £4.7 billion in more than 200 deals. As at 31 March 2016 we had funds under management of £2 billion including capital available for investment of £400 million. Our major client is Electra Private Equity PLC, an investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange. Over the last ten years Electra Private Equity’s diluted NAV per share has grown by 228%. This is equivalent to a ten year annualised return of 13%. Our flexible investment strategy allows us to invest across all forms of private equity situations, which we categorise into three groups; Buyouts and Co-investments, Secondaries and Debt.
