Enerzam is a multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm based in Montreal, Canada. Having fundamental integrated services including energy auditing, total building commissioning, energy efficiency consulting, and technical diagnostic synergistically assists our holistic methodology towards the improvement of the building envelope and systems efficiency. Our commissioning services are beyond building systems and HVAC systems. It includes building envelope, communication and technology systems. The EnerZam team is composed of individuals with diverse specialties (energy efficiency, Measurement and Verification (ESCO Project), architecture, mechanical engineering, commissioning) who have developed expertise in building design and operation. Today, this team brings this expertise forward to new building owners/designers to help their clients design, take control and operate their buildings with the greatest efficiency.
