What is a Credit Union?
Emery Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit, Member-owned financial institution. Unlike banks, thrifts, and finance companies who operate on a “for profit” basis, we return excess earnings back to our Members in the form of lower loan interest rates, higher yield savings and investment accounts, and low or no fee convenience services in addition to the friendly, unmatched Member service we provide.

History of Emery FCU
Emery Federal Credit Union was originally chartered in 1939 to serve Emery Industries. In 1984, we began to expand our field of membership to include other diverse groups.

Since that time, we have grown an astounding 163% and offer four branch locations throughout the tri-state region. We are proud to serve the employees (and their family members) of over 350 companies.
