Efficiency North

Efficiency North is a consortium of social housing landlords whose membership represents over 70% of the total housing stock in Yorkshire & Humber. Originally established as a collaborative project in 2005, throughout its evolution the consortium has always aimed to make efficiency gains through long term partnering contracts and collective purchasing power. We pursue a region-wide strategy to achieve sustainable long term savings for our member organisations in line with government efficiency targets. EN has developed a suite of intelligent procurement frameworks aimed at frequently required works and services for the improvement and maintenance of housing stock. We offer intelligent procurement solutions make savings and convert those savings into real money that can transform real lives in the communities our landlord members serve.
