Eco Sustainable Solutions recycles over 250,000 tons of organic waste annually. This consists of garden, food, wood and street/gully wastes. There is also a soil recycling division and state of the art compost management system; both producing high quality British Standard soils and composts. Throughout each of the processes, Eco achieves recycling figures of over 99%, with less than 2000 tons going to landfill annually. In 2014, Eco oversaw the installation of the Chapel Lane Solar Farm in Bournemouth which is now the biggest in the UK, meeting the electricity demands of 27,000 homes. April 2017 saw works complete on the our brand new Combined Heat and Power plant in Parley. The facility will be fuelled by locally sourced waste wood and compost oversize. The plant will create enough electricity to power 5000 homes with the heat being utilised on site.
