Developed by physiotherapists. EXi asks for health status and physical activity habits. Together we build a daily activity plan. EXi gradually increases personalised activities and intensity at the pace of the individual, based on the latest science. EXi will help support people on their physical activity journey. Our award-winning and NHS approved App curates a physical activity plan, based on current health status. Where people are at in their health journey is where we start. Exercise plans will be set at the appropriate level and graduated over 12 weeks. Plans will be adjusted accordingly to any combination of 23 chronic conditions. Weekly goals start at just 3 sessions of 10 minutes of low intensity activity per week. People have access to our library of physical activity and workouts set at the appropriate intensity level, or they can use our app to track their own activities (we recommend a health device, such as an Apple Watch in order to understand intensity levels even better). Research shows even the smallest amount of physical activity, set at the right intensity, can make a huge difference to our health.
