EPCAD has built its business on the successful design and implementation of landscapes for major new developments, urban centres and the creation of valued places. Our staff are all selected for their international experience and bring a blend of local and global project experience to our work.

EPCAD's current Directors are Howard Mitchell who founded the company in 1992 and Karen Lowndes. EPCAD has consistently met client requirements on many complex projects here in WA and overseas for over twenty years. Our services are valued by our clients who reappoint on subsequent stages of projects and also consistently reappoint on new projects.
