The Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company S.A.E. was established in December 1973 under Egypt’s open door policy with regards to private enterprises. Its transport activities and experience date back to 1939 as a continuation to "Gamal El-Din Leheta and Co.". Egytrans was nationalized in 1964 as one of the leading companies in Egypt. It was established as a limited liability company with a capital of EGP 10,000 until it reached a capital of LE 156,062,500 and an annual turnover of LE 190 million. Aiming at making integrated transport easy, safe and cost-effective to all clients, Egytrans offers a broad mix of services in the field of integrated transport, including but not limited to: Heavy Lift Projects Logistics, Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Freight, Consolidation (LCL), Chartering, Jacking, Skidding and Warehousing services with the ability to handle all stages of door-to-door shipment, starting from the pick-up and transport up to the delivery at the final destination.
