We have been operating in Europe since 2001 and are currently part of the Devonshire Investment Group – a HR focused investment group created by OPOKA Ventures and AdNext with an aim to consolidate the companies in HR, recruitment and IT Outsourcing sectors within the CEE region. The Group takes an active private equity/venture capital approach providing its partners with ongoing operational and strategic support by its managerial staff. The board consists of entrepreneurs, practitioners of the HR market and VC experts, who for many years successfully supported business ventures by investing their own capital, as well as caring out private equity investment projects. Our offices are based in, Frankfurt, Munich, Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan Katowice and Wroclaw. We have been operating in Poland since 2006, representing global companies, international organisations, local branches, major Polish companies and leading professionals. We secure more than 400 permanent recruitment positions each year and provide services on a day-to-day basis to more than 500 temporary employees at various levels, ranging from middle to senior management positions across a wide range of industries, from IT and medicine to niche specialisations.
