Dave Thomas Foundation For Adoption

At the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, our mission is to dramatically increase adoptions from foster care. We do that through our signature program called Wendy's Wonderful Kids (WWK.) Through WWK, we fund grants to private and public adoption agencies throughout the US and Canada. Those agencies use our dollars to hire adoption recruiters, who we train in our child-focused recruitment model. When implemented, our model is up to three times more effective in finding permanent, adoptive families for children who have been in foster care the longest. More than 110,000 children are waiting to be adopted from foster care. Help us find forever.
