Founded in 1982, Conservation Volunteers Australia offers opportunities for volunteers to join projects across Australia. Our programs offer volunteers the chance to learn and apply new skills - while having a great time on social, fun activities which make a real difference to the environment.
We provide help to land managers who need assistance to complete conservation projects. We assist National and State Parks, World Heritage Areas, private conservation reserves, individual landholders, local councils and shires etc.
We also offer some great accredited and practical training courses - perfect for anyone hoping to move into land management as a career, or simply wanting to brush up on practical conservation skills or team management skills.
Careers with Conservation Volunteers are varied and rewarding, ranging from direct supervision and management of volunteers as a Team Leader, through to community volunteer recruitment specialists, operations and project management, marketing and senior management roles. We operate Australia-wide as well as in New Zealand.
