Compliance365 offer energy and compliance consultancy services underpinned by innovative online software solutions.

We are the Regional winners of the Local Business Accelerator Competition 2013 backed by the Yorkshire Post, and are entered into the National final.

Our energy efficiency audit produces a comprehensive review of the current and potential energy efficiency of commercial properties proposing remedial work and reduction initiatives to make building improvements that could reduce annual energy spend and Co2 emissions. This enables customers to compare energy performance across diverse property estates using a common framework.

Our site audit produces a scaled floor plan (with occupancy and usage) and 3D model of building. The 3D model is complete with HVAC and lighting systems meaning any potential changes to the building can be re-modelled and energy / Co2 usage easily simulated. This enables organisations to project the impact of changes made, both in terms of energy usage and Return on Investment (“ROI”) to determine if the investments are viable.

Upon completion of the audit the data gathered, 3D model, scaled plan, photos and energy saving recommendations will be stored on our secure web based EnergyBuilder management system for access by authorised users.
