Collaborative Analytics is a management consulting firm dedicated to helping companies form more productive collaborations in their scientific and technical partnerships. We focus on relationship management -- building the interpersonal capabilities and structures that enable people to share knowledge, innovate and operate more efficiently. Whether the partners are involved in external alliances with different-size companies, contract research organizations, academic institutions, or technology providers; or internal partnerships, such as between IT and business partners or on cross-functional projects, we can help to identify the key stress points at which collaboration is likely to break down; establish or re-align the required systems, work processes and behaviors; and build lasting organizational capabilities in collaboration. We use proprietary analytics to identify the interpersonal “stress points” in relationships between partners. At the core of our approach is the view of partnerships as webs of interpersonal networks, and we use the theories and tools of network science to build the infrastructures that partnerships need to succeed.
