Cliveden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, is a Bedrock Care facility, located on Greene Street, in Philadelphia, just a stone’s throw from Germantown section. Cliveden, currently has 180 beds. Cliveden specializes in medical management. And, we receive patients from area hospitals, including Temple Hospital, Roxborough Hospital, Albert Einstein Medical, and Chestnut Hill Hospital. We are proud members of the Pennsylvania Healthcare Association (PHCA).
