COMPANY OVERVIEW City Cement Company is engaged in the production and sale of all types of cement. The factory is located 135 km from the city of Riyadh. The plant started its operations in the last quarter of 2007 with a capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker per day, equivalent to 1.75 million tons annually. The plant added its second production line in April 2015 with a capacity of 5,500 tons with a total production of 10,500 tons per day and cement grinding capacity of 16,000 tons/day. COMPANY HISTORY City Cement Company is a Saudi Joined Stock Company, formed by a Ministerial decree 804 dated 12051426 H corresponding to 19062005 G. The Company was established in Riyadh under commercial registration 1010210441 dated 14051426 H corresponding to 21062005 G and as per license 1163S dated 03061426 H. The Authorized and Paid Capital is Saudi Riyal 1,400,000,000.
