Central Civil Construction, formerly known as Central Florida Equipment, is a family-owned and operated construction company, founded in 1977 by James Baer. The company's management team brings more than 300 years of combined, hands-on experience in solving some of the most complex and technically challenging civil site projects. Central specializes in complex projects, including deep excavations, underground utility work, heavy highway construction, earthwork, land development, and infrastructure civil engineering projects.
