Since our inception in 2014, we have been providing exceptional specialist nursing recruitment, both temporary and permanent placement services to NHS Clients and the Private Sector. At CareJoy, we have placed compliance and customer service at the centre of everything we do. We operate robust, structured and auditable processes to ensure that: all Clients are invoiced accurately with the correct charge rates applied; that all our team have the appropriate skills, qualifications and certification in place before they start work and that it is always maintained; that that timesheets are approved by someone authorised to do so; that workers are paid accurately for work carried out. That’s why we were so proud to have been appointed to the NHS CPP National Clinical Staffing Framework in August 2016 allowing us to support NHS Clients nationally.
