COOP (koh-op) is a Nonprofit(501c3) startup with the mission to empower young people, colleges, and companies to create a more inclusive, connected economy. We seek to be the hiring and diversity solution for our employer partners, and the gateway into a career for our COOPers. How we do it? Talent Incubator - Flagship program that's 200hours, 16 week, of training in digital skills (Excel, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Paid Social, & Social Media), soft skills, and exposure to tech, media, and advertisement industry. Community Involvement - Ample events and volunteer opportunities for companies to engage our company and their employees! Onsite Training - We are developing training around diversity and inclusion (Unconscious Bias, Conflict Resolution, etc) , but also digital marketing skills for employers.
