Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications CETEC Pty Ltd was founded in 1987 in Australia. A wholly owned division of CETEC, CETEC Foray Ltd was formed in 2016. All CETEC consultants are degree qualified (or higher) scientists or engineers (PhD, MSc, BSc and MEng).
