Together, we can make it easier to live healthy lives. | C3 Collaborating for Health (C3) is a London-based charity with a global focus that counters the chronic non-communicable disease (NCD) epidemic by focusing on the main risk factors. The four big chronic diseases are cardiovascular disease, diabetes, many cancers and chronic lung disease. C3 does this by bringing together different communities to create changes that make it easier for people to: - improve what they eat and drink, - stop using tobacco, and - do more physical activity.
