C-me Colour Profiling

C-me assesses individuals preferences through a quick online process. We use the language of colour to describe preferred behaviors in a way that is memorable and accessible. We produce reports that are easy to read and apply. These reports create a powerful start point for Executive coaching, team development, leadership growth and accurate recruitment. We also work alongside companies to create bespoke applications that work best for them. We accredit people to use our tool through cost effective and fun accreditation days. These are often based at our training centre Waterhouse (www.waterhousebath.co.uk). We work in Partnership with other consultancies, and along side the global businesses that use our tool.
