Bowleven plc is an Africa-focused, oil & gas company, dedicated to realising material shareholder value from its assets in Cameroon, whilst maintaining capital discipline and employing a rigorously selective approach to other value-enhancing opportunities. The Group currently has interests in both offshore shallow water and onshore Cameroon. In Cameroon, the Group has an interest in the offshore shallow water Etinde Permit (operator NewAge), where plans for two appraisal wells and a staged development of the liquids-rich discoveries on the acreage are progressing.
