It is a matter of pride to take over the management of the University of Blida 2, which bears the name of the hero Mujahid Ali Lounisi and I am the third director of this university, which is trying to paint the features of quality, excellence and leadership in various fields of science and culture in the light of national and global transformations in the higher education system. With the increasing responsibility that we have at this important stage in which higher education has become the backbone of access to the knowledge society by investing in scientific research to ensure the advancement of the human element, especially in light of the persistent efforts of the Algerian state to regulate the higher education sector aimed at raising Efficiency of the final product of the educational process. Despite the achievements of the University of Blida 2, it is still a long and welcome way to accommodate more goals that make our university adapt to the requirements of sustainable development, in response to the needs of the knowledge-based society, for this purpose our university must develop a strategy that enables it to reach quality, excellence and leadership And global. As part of the National Strategy set up by the Ministry of Trusteeship towards the adoption of the university institution project aimed at the governance of the higher education and scientific research sector in Algeria, Blida University 2 has prepared a strategic plan to develop its educational and research capabilities in response to local, regional and international issues, by creating an appropriate environment Global level. The University's pursuit of quality, excellence, leadership and globalization requires the establishment of a proactive approach to entrepreneurship education that ensures the balance between basic and applied research, and encourages thematic research oriented towards innovation and linking the university with its economic and social environment.
