Black Pearl Mail was officially formed in 2012 off the back of two years R&D. Our goal was to make email a more effective business tool. We felt that emails should look better, be easier to manage and more transparent. As we evolved we realised that attractive, dynamic emails created increased web and social media traffic from recipients clicking links and images in the email, thus email as an owned media channel was born – or as we like to call it Owned Email™. We are extremely proud of our company.
