This technology allows us to showcase our clients properties at their absolute best. We started using aerial photography in 2012 which completely changed the way properties were viewed. Whether a client was buying a farm or simply wanting to view the surrounding area around the house they were considering purchasing, we are able to show them a brand new perspective. A few years later we added a Matterport camera to our inventory which allows buyers to walkthrough our listings from their smartphone, tablet or computer. Now we are diving into VR which allows people to tour these homes from anywhere in the world with a pair of goggles. Some of these items might be ahead of the curve, but that is where we like to operate.
