Work Ready Graduates was established in order to develop the employability and 'soft skills'​ of students and recent graduates in order to aid their transition into the workplace. Whilst students leave university with an in-depth subject knowledge, they often lack the 'soft skills'​ and general work-readiness employers look for. This skills gap has been widely reported by such bodies as the HECSU (Higher Education Careers Service Unit) and AGR (Association of Graduate Recruiters). Work Ready Graduates is determined to close this skills gap by providing free skills development sessions at UK universities, eLearning courses and corporate training interventions. All of our courses are accredited by established training bodies and will show students/ graduates how they can become exceptional employees and be successful in the early stages of their careers.
