Founded in 2004, our Directors Colin Quinn and Vicky Di Ciacca have more than 40 years of combined experience in the field of Business Analysis. What is Business Analysis? Very simply, Business Analysis is a set of tools, techniques and processes that identify and articulate the need for change in organisations. The role of the Business Analyst is to investigate, recommend and support the implementation of solutions that will maximize business value. We supply BAs to our customers and offer a full BA Managed Service, helping business leaders focus on the project at hand without the headaches that accompany resourcing, recruitment and managing resources. Our service starts with understanding what our customer needs and from there we manage the whole process from candidate sourcing, to onboarding and managing performance. As well as our own internal BA team we have access to a talented bank of BAs allowing us to help customers quickly and efficiently build their BA capability. Despite the obvious challenges of the pandemic we have adapted our business model to ensure that we can operate remotely and continue to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients.
